Handouts and Materials: If the speaker provides physical handouts, workbooks, or other materials for attendees, there might be a charge for printing or production.

3. Additional Services:

Breakout Sessions: If you want the speaker to conduct additional sessions beyond the main speech (e.g., workshops, Q&A sessions), this will likely incur extra fees.
Post-Event Services: I will offer follow-up webinars, online courses, or consulting services, which would be priced separately.
Book Signing: If the speaker is an author, you might want to arrange a book signing, which could involve purchasing books and coordinating logistics.

4. Technology and Equipment:

Technical Riders: Some speakers have specific technical requirements for their presentations (e.g., specific audio-visual equipment). You'll need to factor in the cost of providing these.
Streaming/Recording Rights: If you plan to stream or record the speaker's presentation, you might need to negotiate and pay for the appropriate licensing or usage rights.
